Our Leeds studio is based at Brooklands Court Business Centre. Clients arrive with different priorities: some have researched a particular technology, while others only know the change they would like to discuss. Both are reasonable starting points.
We aim to turn that starting point into a clearer decision. That means discussing whether the proposed treatment matches the goal, which health factors matter, what recovery may involve and why an alternative—or no treatment—may sometimes be more appropriate.
Suitability is individual
A website cannot determine whether a procedure is suitable for you. At consultation, disclose relevant diagnoses, medication, supplements, allergies, implanted devices, recent procedures, pregnancy or breastfeeding and previous complications. The information needed varies by treatment, so answer questions fully even when a detail appears unrelated.
Suitability does not mean certainty. Cosmetic-treatment outcomes vary because bodies, skin, healing and starting points vary. No responsible consultation should guarantee a particular change or suggest that a non-surgical procedure is free from risk.
Consent is a conversation, not a formality
Before agreeing to treatment, you should know the purpose of the procedure, significant risks, common effects, expected timescale, aftercare, cost and realistic alternatives. Ask who will carry it out and what training or professional registration is relevant to that treatment.
You can pause the conversation, request clarification or leave without booking. For prescription-only medicine, assessment by an appropriate prescriber is required and treatment may be declined.
Know where cosmetic care ends
VIVO treatment pages are educational, not diagnostic. Persistent pain, unexplained swelling, a changing skin lesion, sudden hair loss or another health concern should be assessed through an appropriate healthcare service before cosmetic treatment is considered.
After a procedure, follow the written instructions you receive. Contact the studio if recovery is not following the expected course. Severe or rapidly worsening symptoms, breathing difficulty, collapse or another emergency require urgent medical help.
